Welcome to the Saddle, Sore Newsletter
My first newsletter! First of all, thanks for subscribing. Lots of changes happening in my life, all good but all definitely keeping me very busy and very on my toes.
I wanted to start this newsletter to keep people in the loop with what's going on with both the Saddle, Sore book(s!) and website and with the Bike Life Clinics and Conversations that Peter Glassford and I are doing that are largely based on the book (as well as basic skills coaching—important for every level of athlete!).
So, to get everyone caught up to speed. It's been a serious whirlwind of a summer (is it cyclocross season already?) and I've been working on a ton of new ideas for the fall with Saddle, Sore. We did a few book talks and they went amazingly well (and were hilarious and one ended in wine and pizza... so, my perfect evening!), and we've gotten to travel a ton in North America, from Virginia to Vancouver.
Lastly, I've started to work on a new project for the gentlemen out there—it won't be out until likely next year, but the Saddle, Sore: A Men-Only Guide to You and Your Bike version should be out in the near future... so if you have any dude-specific questions, let me know!
Hopefully I'll see a bunch of you over the next few months as cyclocross season gets going, and if you are at the races and spot me, please come say hi!
Stay rad,
Molly

First of all, I hope you've had a chance to check out my latest project, The Bike Life: Clinics and Conversations. Cycling skills coach Peter Glassford and I have teamed up to produce a series of skills clinics and womens-only (and unisex) conversations across the country (lots on the East Coast and Ontario). You can check out our calendar for the full schedule, or let us know where you'd like to see our clinic!

Check out my most recent post, some stomach advice based on my own problems with my stomach and digestion over the years. Read my top tips here.

A reader asks: "How do I get back to riding post-birth?" and is answered by one of our expert gynecologists, Esther Yun. Read our expert's tips here.
