😴 An Easy Way to Improve Your Sleep Quality
At home or on the road, getting enough quality sleep is key to athletic performance. And while it’s (sort of) easy to optimize sleep in your own bedroom, it’s trickier while traveling. Molly found a super inexpensive solution to the quiet/dark woes that plague us in hotels and AirBNBs, and it’s made a huge difference.
