Making training efficient for people with busy lives and big goals.
Well, we’re in it now. And by ‘it.’ we mean 2023. Anyone else shocked to already be 10 days into January? Over on the blog, we have a lot going on…
We chatted about Testing & Race Day Nerves, which may not sound like a topic you’re spending too much brain space on in January, but it actually is worth some mental energy. In the early season, testing (indoor or outdoor) is a great way to practice some race day habits that will help you when your actual race day rolls around. It’s great to be able to test without nerves, but a bit of nervous energy to tame can be a real positive!
We also had Born to Run 2 author Christopher McDougal & run coach / co-author Eric Orton on the podcast—this is Chris’s third time on the show and we went all over the place. Whether you want to run or just want to find more joy in endurance training, this is a must-listen.
