POST RACE CATCH UPS!
Hello, hello!
We're settling into the last bits of winter in Ontario, unpacking, and starting to look ahead to spring. While it's still a few weeks off, we're realizing just how quick the time seems to go... which is a good reminder that if you have an early season race like Paris to Ancaster, it's time to start prepping!
We've also opened up some clinic dates, including a series of women's MTB skills sessions in Collingwood, ON, if you're in the area and interested!
We also broke down my (Molly's) first 100-mile race, from how I fueled to what I wore to what the heck you think about for nearly 24 hours out on course. You can listen here or grab the gear list here (the gear list is identical to what I would use for a 50K or any trail run, really, so it's not just for those planning to go super long!).
Lastly, only a week left to get in on this month's Athletic Bookworm read, “Bravey” by Alexi Pappas
