Hello, hello!
I really loved having Kendra Allenby on the podcast last week to talk about how to make space for massive multi-week hikes. Whether or not you're thinking about taking up thru-hiking anytime soon, she had a lot of great points about how we tend to get stuck in these ideas about what we 'can' and 'can't' do.
That conversation got me thinking about Another Way of Looking at the Cup Metaphor. I asked myself about how over-stuffed my life was feeling. And I think it's a question we should all be asking, especially now as the new year has settled in and maybe our resolutions have overwhelmed us, or maybe we're starting to think about that big spring race.
