HOW'S YOUR OVERALL HEALTH?

For many of us, the offseason is here... and consider this your annual reminder to do those annual health check ins (ahem, dentist, doctor, gynecologist, proctologist... you know the ones!) that you've perhaps put off because of race season. And even athletically, there may be some checkins you've been skipping, like a session with a physical therapist, or perhaps some bloodwork, or even a consult with a coach. Take charge of your health now so you can work out any issues before you dive back into base-building! (Ahem, no one wants to be dealing with a root canal during a base phase or race season...)
