As the year starts to wind down (how is it mid-October already!?) we're starting to look ahead... Longtime readers + listeners know we love a good New Years or goal-setting conversation, but we wanted to start ours ahed of 12/31 this year + encourage people who are already in their offseason to start thinking towards next year NOW. Think about it: The more you can do now in terms of setting up some healthy habits and getting your training (offseason or base) dialed before the holidays hit, the easier it is to stay on track and be ready to crush your goals next season. And with days getting shorter and temps dropping, I know many of us can use a bit more motivation!
