We've been camping and hiking a lot lately and it's gotten us thinking about everyday fitness. Camping, even car camping, is interesting because so much of your day is spent trying to handle the stuff that's so EASY at home. Finding stuff in the dark, cooking, cleaning up, staying warm, even going to the bathroom are all just so much more effort than they are in the comfort of your own home. That got us pondering: How Can You Make Life Harder to Boost Your Strength + Fitness? Think about it: When you're camping, how many extra steps do you take? Do you eat less junk food because it's just harder to prep a meal (or in the case of hiking, you just don't have access to the fridge all day?). We're not suggesting you go live in the wilderness, but could you make your life at home a bit more challenging (in a fun way)?
