It's been quite a week for us between getting back to hosting clinics, a camping trip and MTB Nationals. Not all plans went perfectly (more on that in a coming podcast) but that's just part of life and bike racing.
We talked about heading back to the office and how to make your office/cubicle more athlete-friendly (without turning into "that guy")...
