This week is a busy one for us at Consummate Athlete HQ—in fact, by the time you're reading this, we'll be out on the trail, crewing (and running occasionally) with our friend Karen, who's tackling a 900-kilometer FKT of the Bruce Trail in Ontario. You can read all about the adventure right here.
