Hello, hello!
Over on ConsummateAthlete.com, I got a little philosophical this week when I started asking myself—and you all—the question of "What Burdens Are You Placing On Your Future Self?" I realized lately that I do this with work/housecleaning/meal-prep often: I assume that future me will be much better at it than current me. It's the "I'll start next week" syndrome. It's why in December, we believe that our New Year's Resolutions will totally stick this year. But future me is based entirely off of how current me acts! Check it out and ask yourself that question.
