Two homework assignments this week:
First: Pay attention to your autopilot habits today. I wrote about what happened when I turned off the Raise to Wake setting on my phone last week, and I can happily report that without the ease/accidental access, my screentime dropped 30% in a week! Read more: Breaking a Habit Loop—By Accident
Second: Finish Summer Strong (in Consummate Athlete Style)! Is there an adventure you want to go on? Or is there something small you wish you were incorporating into your days more often (that's swimming for me!). With only a few weeks left in summer, how can you make them count?
