A couple weeks ago, we had dietitian Stevie Smith on the podcast to talk all things nutrition and blood marker related. Now, we've pulled together 5 of her best pieces of advice to optimize your health. A big part of this comes from knowing what's going on with your body. We talk about this a ton on the podcast + in our book, so you've probably heard us mentioning things like tracking HRV in the morning, actually reflecting on workouts and writing comments about how you feel, doing a body scan to check in with yourself, and so on. But we also really encourage knowing some of your key blood markers as well, since things like iron and cortisol can tell you a ton about how your body is holding up.
