This week is a bit of a culmination of our past month of podcast episodes and content all about optimization outside of sport. Now, we've talked about improving our calendar to make time for training, we've talked about stress in and out of sport, we've talked about bloodwork and important markers to look at, and now, we're talking about putting all of that to use and boosting your mental sport performance.
We have mental performance consultant Val Hadd PhD on the podcast talking about mental performance—and while we touch on race day, we really go deep on the daily training side of things. We also are talking about Using Your A Race (or Adventure) as a Reset over on the site, and we break down Becky Kane's top productivity tips in an easy-read post as well, for those who loved that podcast episode.
