Hello, hello!
We've been really excited about the podcast interviews we've been putting up this month, because they're all part of a sort of theme: Addressing the more lifestyle-based mental side of being an athlete. And while normally, we chat with sports psychologists (and we'll get to those in coming weeks), we actually wanted to peel back a couple more layers and talk about things like making space in your calendar and to-do list for training. That's where the episode Ambition and Balance with Becky Kane comes in. We get granular on how to tweak your scheduling and productivity around your wellness and athletic goals, and I think that's a really important place to start if you want to make a lifestyle shift. All the race day visualizations in the world won't help if you don't consistently make time to do the work!
