We have a lot happening in the "mental side of training" sphere this month, including a few awesome upcoming episodes of the podcast. But to get you started, we kick off with a roundtable Molly did with two mental performance consultants and a top level track racer about how to Boost Your Mental Performance in this video. It's packed with practical tips and tricks—not just vague concepts!
And on that note, we also wrote about taking the idea of vision and attention from your ride to your athletic goals, and talked about how most of us take either a too-long view when it comes to goal achievement, or we get so bogged down in the minute details that we miss the big picture.
