WHERE ARE YOU LOOKING?
Hello, hello!
This week, we've been talking a lot about focus, vision and attention. Whether you're a trail runner like this week's podcast guest Hilary Spires, or you're a mountain biker or road cyclist, looking ahead and learning to scan what's coming while still being in the present moment and looking at what's happening right this second is important—and it's a skill muscle that you can strengthen!
