DOES YARDWORK COUNT AS TRAINING?
Hello, hello!
With summer almost here and plenty of people spending more time gardening, mowing lawns, painting houses, all that fun stuff... a lot of people are asking the question: Does Yardwork Count as Training? As with most of the questions around athletics, the answer is it depends. But we dive into how to account for yardwork in your training right here.
(We're all about efficiency over here, so we're also talking about how to get the most out of your leftovers + wilted veggies: How to Make Healthy Leftovers — A Few Easy Ideas.)
As always, thanks for being part of our crew—hope you have an active, healthy week!!
