CHALLENGE YOUR SKILLS FOR 10 MINUTES EACH DAY
Hello, hello!
Spring has sprung, which means more of us are getting outside most days... and that means it's time to shift our focus from trainer watts to skills on the trails or roads. So we're challenging our community to spend just 10 minutes each day working on skills. For most of you, that's going to be bike skills, but runners can get in on this action too, working on some plyometrics, maybe some ladder work or hitting tech-y trails. (You can get some inspiration and find some video tutorials for skills here: Bike Skills Challenge! 10 Minutes Daily from 4/20-5/20
And remember, this can be super-chill. On busy days when I (Molly) am running and not riding for training, I've just been pulling the bike onto our deck and working on trackstands! These little bites of skill work can pay off big time down the road.
