DO YOU NEED A CHANGE?
Hello, hello!
A few weeks ago, Peter started to notice that his pinky toe was swollen and starting to hurt anytime he wore cycling shoes, and running was getting difficult. For a while, he toughed it out—and then, he realized that the next step he was considering ("modifying" his cycling shoes to allow space for the toe) was just prolonging the problem and working around it rather than solving it. A couple days away from training, a check in with the doctor, some toe PT, and a new shoe solution ultimately were the cure, but the bigger takeaway was the lesson and reminder that we often get stuck in certain ways of thinking ("this is the saddle for me," "these are the shoes I always use") and we keep doing things even when they're no longer serving us. So this week, consider auditing your life a bit: Is there any pain point you've been ignoring?

Quick reminder, for those living in the GTA/Collingwood area, we've opened a few small group clinic dates for late Spring. We have a few clinics posted and but if you want to bring a group of a few friends together for a session, it's easy to book private group (or solo) clinics! All the info and current dates are right here.
As always, thanks for being part of our crew—hope you have an active, healthy week!!
