IT'S DIY TRAINING CAMP TIME
Hello, hello!
We know for most people, spring break and riding/running training camps and vacations look different this Spring... but that doesn't mean your training has to suffer. In a lot of ways, an at home training camp done on a long weekend (or even just a 2.5-day weekend) can give you a huge mental and physical boost! We're talking all about the how/what/why of a DIY training camp right here: No Training Vacation? Try a Training Long Weekend Instead
(And if you're struggling with the mindset and motivation side of the equation, definitely give our latest podcast with Sonya Looney a listen!)
For those living in the GTA/Collingwood area, we've opened a few small group clinic dates for late Spring—with early bird pricing right now! So, if you're hoping to hone your MTB skills with log-hops, or you have a friend who's just getting into MTB and could use some help getting comfortable on the trail, check out the options and dates here: Early Bird on Bike Skill Sessions (There's even a 4-week Shred Girl series for girls 9-12!)
As always, thanks for being part of our crew—hope you have an active, healthy week!!
-Molly & Peter
