Hello, hello!
Valentine's Day, Galentine's Day and—if you're Canadian—Family Day have all come and gone, but getting a spouse, partner, friend, parent or sibling moving more and training with you (sometimes) is a great thing any day of the year. Over on the Consummate Athlete, we wrote and talked about the best advice we've heard about getting your partner out the door and actually enjoying working out together.
tl,dr: Your partner doesn't have to love the same sport as you. And you don't always need to train together, even if you do share the love of running or riding. But it's really fun when you can find a way to enjoy moving more together!
