We've talked about gratitude on the podcast and on the website int he past, but we got really granular this week about the why and the how for gratitude journalling and its benefits for you as an athlete. It's a 1-minute daily practice that makes a big difference, and we've noticed a major shift in both of our attitudes when it comes to dealing with the winter/cold-weather blues, tough workouts, and bad nights of sleep.

Molly's personal favorite journalling tip: Re-read what you wrote you finish making your list. (Or even go back and read the previous day's list!). Something about the act of reading over what you wrote really makes it stick in your head better than it would if you just write and and close your notebook.
