Hello, hello!
Last week, I (Molly) was complaining about wanting to eat grapefruit more often but missing my long-lost grapefruit spoon. Then, I had the realization that I was letting a 30-second, $5 errand keep me from my favorite fruit. Which, of course, got me thinking about all the other ways to make healthy choices (like eating more fruit!) easier. For some of my favorite ideas, like creating a click-and-collect cart full of veggies and lean proteins that you get every week instead of stressing on your groceries, check out this week's post, How Can You Make Healthy Choices Easier?
