TAKE ACTION + CELEBRATE A WIN THIS WEEK
Hello, hello!
Now that we're firmly into 2021, we want to encourage everyone to do two things:
First, give yourself a high-five for a win that you've had this week. Maybe it's as simple as drinking a glass of water in the morning or taking time for a few stretches or minutes of meditation. Maybe it's a new PR on the bike. Whatever it is, find at least one thing that you did amazing at this week and celebrate it!
Second, take action on one small thing that you know you've been meaning to do, whether it's meal-planning for some healthy dinners this week, setting up your yoga and mobility zone in a quiet spot in the house, or clearing out the extra holiday cookies and candy from the pantry. Our hope is that even as you make changes towards a healthier version of you, you also take time to enjoy and acknowledge the things that you're already doing amazing at—be your own biggest cheerleader!
