As we roll into 2021, we know that despite the hurdles that 2020 presented and those that are still ahead, many of you are still focused on making 2021 a great year of riding, running and adventuring. And we just want to say a huge thank you for letting us be part of that journey! (We're in the midst of planning some big things for The Consummate Athlete in 2021, including in this newsletter... stay tuned!)
We're big on goal-setting, so naturally, we had to record a podcast about it—and this year, we wanted to look at all the different ways you can consider goal-setting and resolutions, from super-specific to the more general, all-encompassing one-word resolution.
