GOING GRAVEL + SETTING 2021 GOALS
We had two fun podcasts this week! First, we had the amazing Selene Yeager (AKA The Fit Chick) on to talk about all things gravel racing, plus a few little bonus chats about nutrition, women's cycling and more. Why talk gravel racing this late in the year? Well, because of our podcast that came out on Friday, all about how to start planning for 2021 right now!
That's right: you may not be thinking too much about next year, but this is the best time to start setting up for success next season, getting things like base training blocked off on the calendar, starting some specific offseason strength and cross-training, and doing some serious research on your A race for next season. (Not sure about how to start structured training again? Book a phone consult to talk it through!)
