It's hard to believe that July is already wrapping up, but summer is halfway over ... Though let's be honest, time doesn't have much meaning these days. We're trucking along, having a lot of fun conversations about training, nutrition, motivation and everything in between with a ton of experts and awesome Consummate Athletes... so much so that we're going to be putting out two episodes of The Consummate Athlete Podcast for the next few weeks just to share them all fast enough!
Peter has been busy with bike skills sessions and plenty of coaching -- we aren't racing right now, but that means this is the perfect time to really work on weak points and armoring yourself for next season.

I know you probably Kondo'd your wardrobe over the last couple of months, but what about your gear closet? I rounded up my best advice for organizing your athletic gear, and once you've pared down, my favorite tools for storing and caring for your stuff.
MILES AREN'T THE ONLY METRIC
Seriously, please stop only using miles as your metric for success! It's tough since distance is an easy way to gauge what you've done in a week, but there are so many other factors.
WTF is RPE?
