Hellooooooo!
It has been scorching hot this week, teaching me (Molly) a valuable lesson in ensuring that I'm hydrating, not trying to conserve my water in my pack on long runs. Bright side? It's all great adaptations. That's the name of the training game this week, in fact: Trying to see obstacles as adaptations rather than huge bummers. Hills, heat, tougher trails... they're all good things if you can reframe them!
