Hellooooooo!
Hopefully most of you are starting to see hints of spring—I know even in Ontario, a lot of people had a warm enough week to get out on the gravel bikes and get some sunshine! Whether you can make it out to train or you're stuck doing all of your running or riding indoors, remember to soak in sunshine when you get and get some fresh air at least once a day. It's really easy during this time of year to go full-on hermit mode!
I've been coaching an endurance camp all month, and while my legs are feeling fit, I'm definitely finding keeping up with my daily healthy habits and routines to be more challenging as I get tired, which is always a good reminder as to the importance of said habits. (You know how you only realize you miss something once it's gone?) So if you're in the same out-of-routine boat, know that I feel your pain, and that I'll be working hard in March to get back to where I want to be!

UGH FINE I'LL MEDITATE
I finally have officially been meditating daily for 4 straight months thanks to a podcast interview that we recorded a while back but only released last week with Laura Wilson. She mentioned how it can make training and racing better, and that's what finally sold me. Now, I love it. (Not a podcast person or want to learn more?
