We've officially past the point where most people flop on their New Years Resolutions: How are yours going? I'll be honest, I'm doing pretty good with the small, daily things I wanted to add, like meditation, dry brushing and flossing, but when it comes to the big ones, like being more present and working on long term strategy stuff... well, I've done a great job at putting that stuff on the backburner. Still, I'm not giving up, and I'm celebrating the small stuff. Let me know how 2020 is treating you by responding here or hitting me up on Instagram!

CLEAN UP YOUR EATING HABITS WITH SMART GROCERY SHOPPING
I really only do well when it comes to healthy eating and living when my environment supports it. That doesn't mean I never keep 'fun' stuff in the house, but it does mean I'm a lot more purposeful in the grocery store. One of my top recommendations? Know yourself: For me, I know if I'm craving chocolate, I'm a lot better off having a small stash on hand so I don't end up going to the nearest store to buy a huge bar. For some people, it can't be in the house or it immediately gets eaten. A lot of advice when it comes to shopping needs to be taken with a grain of salt!
