SHRED GIRLS HANGOUTS
Hey Shred Girls—
Make sure you're watching the Shred Girls Instagram this weekend for some cyclocross World Cup fun! I'm heading to Waterloo for the Trek World Cup and I can't wait to meet a few of the real life Shred Girls I've had on the website and see some of my favorite women racing. If you're at the race, make sure you say hi!
If you're already in your offseason from road, BMX or MTB, what are you up to?
And finally, the BIG news. I'll be launching this more publicly in a couple of weeks, but I wanted newsletter readers to see it first. Shred Girls Coaching is now available for girls and women 14-23 years old looking to streamline their training and take their riding to the next level. I'm limiting the number of riders I work with right now to 10, so if you're interested or think this might be the right fit for you, check out the information page and get in touch with any questions! (And if you know a Shred Girl looking for something like this, feel free to pass it on.)
XO,
Molly (and Lindsay, Ali and Jen!)
PS: You can help get more girls excited about riding by helping boost Shred Girls' rankings on Amazon— leave a Shred Girls review on Amazon! (And yes, you can review even if you didn't buy on there.)

QUOTE OF THE WEEK
Best advice: "Practice A LOT. And try not to stop. A kid on my team kept telling me to just keep pushing because I would stall out in the middle of climbs because I’d stop pedaling, and that advice really helped."
Most honesty: "There are some days when I’m not in the mood, my lungs hurt, I get tired… But there aren’t many of those!"

LOVE THIS
New design! Alex Carlson made this awesome design for our launch and you can now get this special edition Shred Girl on a baby onesie or a super-soft women's tshirt.
All proceeds from sales on the Shred Girls Store go directly back into keeping the lights on on the site, and publishing more interviews and how-to content! At the moment, the site actually costs a lot to run, and every little bit helps. You can also donate on Patreon, even a couple of dollars makes a different.
PARTY TIME!
If there's a camp, clinic or talk you'd love to do in October or November, get in touch here and let's make it happen!
October 15, I'm in CT at Pedal Power for a girl's night, and later this month, I'm going to be at a few different school libraries!

ABOUT SHRED GIRLS: Lindsay's Joyride
An empowering new series from the cyclist who runs Shred-Girls.com is guaranteed to give readers an adrenaline rush--and the confidence girls gain from participating in sports. It's time to ride and save the day!
Lindsay can't wait to spend her summer break reading comics and watching superhero movies--until she finds out she'll be moving in with her weird older cousin Phoebe instead. And Phoebe has big plans for Lindsay: a BMX class at her bike park with cool-girl Jen and perfectionist Ali. Lindsay's summer of learning awesome BMX tricks with new friends and a new bike turns out to be more epic than any comic book--and it's all leading up to a jumping competition. But some of the biker boys don't think girls should be allowed to compete in BMX. Now it's up to Lindsay, Jen, and Ali to win the competition and prove that anyone can be great at BMX.
