THE OUTDOOR EDIT NEWSLETTER
Hellooooooo!
Heading into the last half of August has me overbooking summer activities while trying to head into the 'new school year' feeling caught up and on top of my game, so frankly, it's a hectic time on all fronts. Added to that, I spent the weekend at a girl's camp for the PA brand of the US high school mountain bike league—NICA—for their GRiT (Girls Riding Together) program and left feeling so darn inspired that honestly, as I write this, my brain cannot stop buzzing about all of the amazing conversations I had with teens the last couple days. An, of course, the topic of back to school came up a bunch since most of them start this week or next, and frankly, it made me start to get antsy and feel like I needed to get out and buy a new planner or new backpack! But enough about me.
As always, any training, racing or nutrition questions are welcome—we'll answer on The Consummate Athlete Podcast or I'll answer in a post!
XO,
Molly
