How full is your cup + free inflammation-fighting recipe! | The Outdoor Edit Newsletter
THE OUTDOOR EDIT NEWSLETTER
Hellooooooo!
Last week, I started writing this intro pointing out that I need a nap. This time, I'm drafting it fresh on the heels of having a nap, so I am feeling much, much perkier despite the heavy amount of training we've been doing here in Girona this week.
The camp, like every other one I've coached, has been awesome and illuminating—I find that being around serious riders makes me think harder about my own healthy habits and routines, be more focused and work harder on the bike (in the case of a riding camp like this one), and be smarter about how I'm working, because efficiency is key.
OK, with efficiency in mind, on to what I'm digging this week.
XO,
Molly

HOW FULL IS YOUR CUP
Loving this concept of the cup as a training metaphor—it's given me a really great, clear way to look at coming back from injury with a seriously positive approach! Read about the idea of your cup as an athlete + what I'm doing here.
RECIPE BONANZA!
This month's Athletic Bookworm read is RUN FAST. COOK FAST. EAT SLOW. from Shalene Flanagan and Elyse Kopecky, and they were nice enough to give us the recipe for their Inflammation-Fighting Thai Quinoa Salad. It is SO GOOD! (PS Make sure you tag #AthleticBookworms and @mollyjhurford on Instagram if you make a recipe from their cookbook to enter to win a nutrition book bundle!)
LAZY AF RUN CLUB
Last week, I featured the Early AF Run Club shirts I have on my store... but for those non-morning-people (ahem, the sane ones), I added a LAZY AF option to my store on The Outdoor Edit!
